Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily e-commerce shipment pickups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with courier partners and delivery staff
- Track and update order statuses using logistics software
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching of parcels
- Maintain shipment records and documentation
- Address basic delivery / customer queries in local language
- Report delivery issues, delays, or returns to the senior executive
- Scan barcodes using the app for inbound / outbound goods
- Ensure timely and safe shipment as per company protocols
