Job description

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team as an in-house legal counsel . The ideal candidate will oversee all legal, regulatory, and contractual matters of the company, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's interests in every transaction and operation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, MOUs , and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice on company policies, operations, and employee-related matters.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
  • Manage dispute resolution, notices, and legal correspondences with external parties.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors or law firms when required for litigation or specialized legal support.
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and legal documentation.
  • Review and advise on employment-related matters including policies, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
  • Monitor legal developments, assess risks, and implement preventive legal measures .
  • Support management in decision-making with legal insights on business strategies and contracts.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Corporate or In-House Counsel (preferably in a mid or large-scale organization).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and employment laws .
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills .
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
