About the Team & the Position
Our mission includes facilitating the transition to a net-zero energy system by 2050, working collaboratively with industry partners to achieve 100% renewable generation capability by 2025. We have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to co-design the future of our energy systems. Within this context, AEMO needs a technology uplift to meet the Government’s Net Zero commitment and ensure critical national infrastructure is safeguarded via heightened cyber security. This is being done via a significant program of work. This program of work aims to create protected infrastructure and secure networks to meet the needs of the future energy eco-system. This Division is a strategic priority for AEMO and will play a critical role in modernising aspects of the organisation to secure and optimise its future
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Senior Analyst, Reporting, is a key role within DSE and supports the Program to enable decision making based on key insights from our data driven reports. This position involves developing, enhancing, and preparing key weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports for our internal and external Commonwealth Government stakeholders. The Senior Analyst, Reporting assists with generating key insights to ensure successful Program and project delivery to align with DSE, organisational, and external stakeholder objectives. The Senior Analyst, Reporting will work closely with key stakeholders, Program managers, Project Analysts, and senior management to drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence in project execution.
