Summary of the Position

Professionals with a Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant design experience in BIM & Revit MEP, with strong knowledge in :

Revit MEP design (3D / 2D modelling)

Familiarity with BIM methodology

Organized, motivated, and capable of working in a team

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

Model FACILITIES using Revit MEP, especially HVAC systems

Telecom devices modelling – SP3D and / or PDS

Cable tray modelling including tray supports – SP3D and / or PDS

Trench and duct bank routing – SP3D and / or PDS

Preparation of telecom device layout

Preparation of F&G / telecom device layout

Preparation of main cable tray routing layout

2D extraction from 3D model

Device installation drawings

Junction box schedule, cable schedule, drum schedule

Control room cable routing and equipment layout

Cable block diagrams

Bulk MTO (cables, junction boxes, devices)

Optional Knowledge : F&G, HVAC
