Sales Manager - East, Industrial Power Transmission s hall be accountable to deliver targeted sales revenue & growth and drive new business development with Industrial OEMs, End Users and Aftermarket Distributor Channel Management.
Location : West Bengal & Orissa
Scope and Dimensions
- Knowledge of Industry Segments, Customers & Applications for Power Transmission products in East.
- Relevant Experience in handling Industrial OEMs, Key End Users and Channel Management.
- Ascertain market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & customers to penetrate.
- Lead Generation, Reach out & Conversion to business opportunities and drive sales revenue.
- Technical Selling to provide sustainable belting solution ad customer complaint timely resolution.
- Establish high level customer centricity & business relationships to generate more business avenues and provide timely solutions and service to exceed customer satisfaction.
- Cross functional team collaboration to meet the business objectives and problem solving.
- Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Analyze, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance with customer requirements.
- Negotiation skills with OEMs / End Users and Price Management in distribution for improved profitability.
- Adoption of CRM Sales Force Management at all stages and MIS Reporting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ Years Relevant Industrial Techno-Commercial Experience in handling Industrial OEMs / End Users & Distribution Channel Management.Market knowledge of industry segments, Customers & Competition on Industrial Power Transmission products.Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial / Collaborative Skills.Analytical, Problem solving, ability to multi-task, forecasting & independently drive & lead to deliver KPIs.Proven track record of achieving deliverables on new business development, sales revenue & growth.High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service winning customer confidence.Experience in operating in a global work environment with diversity & inclusiveness and outside-in mindset.Proficiency in languages of English & Spoken Hindi and local languages.
