About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager - Data Science & Analytics to lead the business analytics and insights charter and partner with the leadership team on high-impact strategic decisions. The role demands a strong blend of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and business understanding. The ideal candidate will help shape the organization’s data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics, ML models, and Generative AI to solve high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Business & Product Analytics : Drive analytical initiatives influencing strategic and operational decisions across functions.
• Partner with CXOs and Business Heads to define KPIs, track business performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build scalable and automated reporting systems, dashboards, and control-tower-like frameworks for real-time monitoring.
• Drive experimentation and support ML initiatives - from feature design to model evaluation - for business-critical use cases (e.g., pricing, retention, RTO).
• Explore and apply Generative AI techniques to automate workflows, enhance data storytelling, and discover new analytical use cases.
• Mentor and guide a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality insights and business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and SCM to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions.
• Evangelize data-driven culture and standardize analytics best practices across the organization.
