We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Admissions Head to lead our student recruitment and enrollment strategy, bringing energy, insight, and innovation to our admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement an effective annual admissions strategy to attract high-quality students across India and internationally.

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless parent and student experience.

Build and nurture relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and parent networks.

Represent BCS at education fairs, open houses, and promotional events.

Collaborate with the communications and digital marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.

Analyze admissions data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Lead a small team, fostering a professional and welcoming environment for prospective families and can provide quality and good numbers of admissions to the institute.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience with reputed K–12 / boarding schools.

Proven track record in achieving admissions and marketing targets.

Strong understanding of digital tools and CRM systems.
