Job descriptionManage private links ensuring high-performance WAN links that connects remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions. Manage SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions. Provide mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools. Manage WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country. Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting. L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend / problem identification, patching, configuration management Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations. Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls. Participate in all audits requested by the customer, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
