Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) through tailored communication (email, phone, chat) to identify opportunities.
  • Nurture leads by sharing relevant content and tracking engagement to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain CRM excellence (Salesforce) by logging interactions, managing data, and generating insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Order Handling teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • What Were Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German / French / Italian.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce.
