Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Junior Database Developer based in Pune, with flexibility for some work from home. The Junior Database Developer will be responsible for developing, administering, and designing databases to support organizational data requirements. Daily tasks include working on database design processes, managing and maintaining databases, implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows, and solving data-related challenges through analytical approaches. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to database performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Database Development, Database Design, and Database Administration
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Knowledge of SQL and relevant database tools will be considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively within hybrid and cross-functional environments
