They also exclusively own Paese Cosmetics in India.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Assist and manage schedules for two Managing Directors

✅ Handle communications, meetings & travel coordination

✅ Prepare MOMs, reports, and summaries

✅ Ensure seamless coordination across departments

Requirements :

✅ Graduate with 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary

✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities

✅ Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

✅ Professional, discreet, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
