About the Role :

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager, with 2+ years experience who can -

think strategically,

plan creatively, and

execute with precision

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all social media platforms

Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify creative opportunities

Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals

Strategizing the messaging / copy for creatives and scripts for reels.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach

Stay updated on social platform updates, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing

Strong analytical and observational skills

Ability to turn insights and trends into actionable ideas

Excellent communication and content planning abilities

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone
