The Role :

• We are seeking a Senior Manager - U.S. Payroll Operations & Reporting to lead our end-to-end project payroll reporting function.
• The role involves managing the complete payroll reporting cycle from data intake and validation to final portal submission - while ensuring every report is accurate, compliant, and on time.
• This position requires a strong leader who can design efficient processes, enforce accountability, and communicate seamlessly with U.S. stakeholders.
• You'll lead a performance-oriented team that delivers error-free reporting and continuous process improvements

Key Responsibilities :

public works and heavy-civil projects from paystub / timecard intake - data validation - packaging - portal submission.
