Job descriptionDevelop experiential learning formats including labs, projects, hackathons, and workshops that bridge theory with real-world application. Create clear learning outcomes, rubrics, and teaching resources to support effective delivery. Assist faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality classroom and online sessions. Partner with operations, placements, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs across campuses. Facilitate industry engagement through guest sessions, certifications, and real-world projects. Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Curriculum Development
- Design and take ownership of the learning structure for assigned program curriculum, skill tracks, and assessments.
- Translate learning goals into practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to ensure academic rigor and alignment with industry needs.
- Continuously update and refine curriculum based on learner feedback and emerging technology trends.
