About the Role
SRV Media is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life with bold creativity, strategic thinking, and strong design fundamentals. This role blends conceptual thinking, storytelling, visual design, and brand understanding across digital-first ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
- Translate briefs into standout visual concepts across social media, campaign creatives, brand identities, and digital ads.
- Lead end-to-end design for clients—concept → execution → delivery.
- Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, video teams, and performance teams.
- Develop visual systems, mood boards, and strong brand aesthetics.
- Maintain design quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers and guide them on craft, composition, and visual thinking.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback loops without compromising quality.
- Bring strong knowledge of typography, color psychology, layout grids, and composition.
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio with campaign work, social media creatives, brand projects, and high-polish design.Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (bonus : After Effects).Ability to think conceptually and crack creative ideas, not just execute.Solid understanding of current design trends, pop culture, and digital advertising formats.Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually powerful communication.Comfort with fast-paced agency workflows and quick turnarounds.Excellent communication and feedback-handling skills.Nice to Have
Experience in motion graphics or basic animation.Experience working in agencies or fast-paced digital environments.Understanding of brand strategy and content thinking.
