Responsibilities :

Design and develop training programs that align with the company’s

strategic goals and business needs.

Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning

modules, workshops, and manuals.

Incorporate various instructional techniques and technologies to

maximize learning outcomes.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels,

including onboarding for new hires, leadership development, and

skills enhancement.

Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to

different learning styles.

Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and

areas for improvement.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine

training requirements and priorities.

Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the

effectiveness of training programs.

Analyze feedback and training outcomes to continuously improve

training initiatives.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep training programs

current and relevant.

Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to align

training initiatives with organizational goals.

Lead and manage a team of training professionals, providing

guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,

or a related field.

Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and gaps.

Strong problem-solving skills to address and adapt to evolving

training needs.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
