What You Should Know About This Job
JUSTCATS is India's first cat-only brand dedicated to building a community and offering thoughtfully designed products and services for feline companions. As Brand Executive, you'll support and execute brand campaigns that delight cat parents, build emotional connections, and drive awareness, affinity, and product adoption. You'll be the bridge between creative execution and business strategy - with a sharp eye on relevance, relatability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Brand Campaigns & Storytelling
Work closely with the Brand Manager to roll out monthly brand and product campaigns (digital + retail).Build emotionally resonant brand narratives for cat lovers across media - from reels to posters to packaging.Help conceptualize creative campaigns tied to pet days, festivals, and community engagement themes.2. Content & Visual Identity
Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to ensure JUSTCATS maintains a strong, distinct voice.Own briefs for digital creatives, videos, and influencer-led content to reflect brand values.Support new product development with packaging inputs, naming, and launch communication.3. Community & Retail Touchpoints
Assist in building offline cat community experiences - store events, café pop-ups, adoption drives.Ensure visual merchandising consistency and storytelling across offline stores and partner outlets.Regularly engage with our customer community to surface feedback and co-create campaigns.4. Market Intelligence & Trends
Stay up to date with cat parenting trends, global pet care movements, and emerging lifestyle brands.Track competitor brands and new product launches to inform positioning and innovation.5. Performance & Execution
Track key performance metrics across campaigns - reach, engagement, product uptick.Manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams for on-time, in-budget delivery.Prepare post-campaign analysis and reporting with insights and improvement ideas.Who You Are :
A creative thinker with strong execution ability and love for cats.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Prior experience in brand, content, or community roles (D2C / pet / FMCG preferred).Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile brand-building environment.Hands-on with social platforms, content trends, and digital-first brand communication.Bonus : You're a cat parent (or secretly follow 15 cat meme pages on Instagram).
