Job descriptionB.S. or B.A. Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills. To continue with our process of growth, the selected candidate will assist the Sales area as a Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in the export sales and setting up new client accounts
- Request samples and documentation for customers, doing the follow up
- Enter offers and sales orders doing the follow up and mantain informed the customer about orders situation
- Coordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure the shipment deadline
- Generate and prepare the export documentation and be in liaise with Head Quarters for the export information and documentation
