Position : Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with 2–4 years of experience, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

Write clean, testable (test driven), well architected software applications

Setup tooling and infrastructure to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of software.

Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones

Ensure responsiveness of applications

See through a project from conception to finished product

Minimum qualifications

2 - 4 years of advanced knowledge and practical experience in JavaScript  and related libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, etc.

2 - 4 years of advanced knowledge and practical experience in writing server side applications using Node.js in JavaScript libraries like Express.js, Hapi.js, LoopBack, etc.

At least 1 year of experience in writing Unit test cases with libraries like Jest, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, etc

Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds

Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

Experience of working with code versioning tools, such as Git, in depth

Experience with and an accurate understanding of agile methodologies

Preferred qualifications

Experience in Typescript is a plus

Experience of working with CSS preprocessors such as SASS, Less

Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance

Experience of working with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues

Familiarity with tools, such as Webpack, Grunt, npm, npx, nx, Light House

Requirements

Minimum qualifications Proven hands-on 3+ years of experience in developing full stack software projects from scratch till the delivery and support. Full-stack development experience, including front-end (web, or mobile, or both), and backend. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven experience to communicate with stakeholders 1 : 1 at all levels. Lead the day-to-day meetings and agile processes. Deep experience with, JavaScript programming language and its main frameworks and libraries like React.js Proven hands-on experience in frontend development - React.js, Proven hands-on experience in Backend development - Node.js, Express.js Proven hands-on experience in database technologies (relational databases), I / O and networking. PostgreSQL, etc. Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and automated testing in general. Jest, Chai, Mocha, React testing library, Cypress, Playwright, etc. Proven hands-on experience in Typescript. Experience with ORM like Prisma. Experience in setting up CI / CD pipelines. (GitHub Actions, Pipelines, etc.) Hands-on experience in working with any Git based code repository. Experience in configuring cloud Infrastructure. AWS / GCP / Azure - manually or with Terraform scripts is a plus Experience in estimating features, modules and projects with in-depth understanding. Experience in quickly bootstrapping projects for development or proof of concepts. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Committed to continuous learning and improvement. Experience with Agile software development. Experience with clean code, design patterns and principles.
