US IT Recruiter

Position : US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / IT TAG

Location : Mohali (Onsite) – Local Applicants ONLY

Role Specifications :

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT terminology (development, frameworks, roles)
• Basic understanding of US Tax terms (Corp to Corp, W2, 1099)
• Tech-savvy : familiar with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, ), ATS systems,
• Night shift (07 : 00 PM IST – 04 : 00 AM IST)
• 5 days working (Onsite)
• Experience : 6 months to 3 years
