AEP RT CDP Expert ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC )

Key Responsibilities

Deliver solutions for integrating various CRMs with Marketing Cloud.

Integrate multiple tools using REST APIs and Webhooks.

Connect AEP RT CDP with Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio and third-party websites for data analytics and personalization.

Create diverse data streams in the Data Cloud and map data within AEP RT CDP.

Possess experience in campaign management, email marketing, lead management, marketing automation, demand generation, lead generation, and account-based market research.

Manage complete end-to-end campaign activities.

Oversee vendor management for email template design.

Demonstrate strong critical-thinking abilities and convert business requirements into functional specifications.

Exhibit leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to excel in both independent and team environments.

Technical Skills

Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP.

Working knowledge of AEP components, including Schemas, XDM modeling, Segment Builder, Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP), datasets, and data ingestion.

Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful API integrations.

Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Edge ingestion is an advantage.

Solid understanding of batch and streaming data sources, identity stitching, and audience activation.

Experience with tag management tools such as Adobe Launch or Tealium is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP.

Experience with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics is beneficial.
