Job descriptionMinimum qualification : Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Business field. Experience : 2–5 years in field sales of water motors, pumps, or related electrical / mechanical products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the region. Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident working independently in the field. Attractive salary (40,000+), performance-based incentives. Travel and communication allowances. Excellent opportunity for career growth in a reputed dealer / distributor network. About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing dealer / distribution network in the water motors and pumps industry .
If you have strong field sales experience and enjoy meeting customers, developing markets, and closing deals, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and project sites to promote and sell water motors and pumps.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to clients.
- Gather market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-up .
- Ensure strong after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
