Creative Personal Assistant (Remote + Profit Share)

100% Remote | 🌎 Flexible Hours | 💡 Growth Role

Compensation Path :

  • Internship : ₹10,000 / month  (no profit share)  → Prove your skills
  • Full Role : ₹24,900–₹29,050 / month  + profit share  → Start earning a % of growth
  • Future Role : ₹2,07,500+ / month  (base + increased profit share)  → Based on your impact

About the Role

You’re a  tech-savvy organizer with a creative streak —equal parts  Personal Assistant  and  Design / Marketing Assistant . Your mission :

  • Keep things running  (manage schedules, track goals, tame my inbox).
  • Make things look awesome  (design social graphics, edit videos, help with UX / marketing tools).

    • Think of it like :  A startup “swiss army knife” role where your creativity directly boosts your pay (via  profit sharing ).

    Must-Have Skills   (Non-Negotiable)

  • Tech Basics :
  • Canva  or  1 Adobe tool (Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere).
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)  or  Notion.
  • Comfort using AI (ChatGPT / Claude for drafts / research).
  • Communication :
  • Fluent English  (you write clearly and chat confidently with customers).
  • No ghosting—you reply fast and keep things professional.
  • Work Style :
  • Self-learner  (if you don’t know something, you Google / Youtube it).
  • PC / Mac comfortable  (installing apps, basic troubleshooting).

    • Bonus Skills   (Nice-to-Have, Not Required)

  • Marketing :  GoHighLevel (CRM / automations), social media growth.
  • Design :  Figma, Lightroom, After Effects, Indesign.
  • Productivity :  Obsidian, advanced Notion setups.
  • AI Nerds :  API integrations, bulk automation.
