Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Data Operations Manager. The Data Operations Manager will oversee daily operations involving data management, manage data center processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of operations. Responsibilities also include analyzing data to drive efficiencies, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring effective coordination between different operational units.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Management experience
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Data Center Operations
• Proven Team Management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in EdTech is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
