Roles and Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing & negotiating legal documents(Contracts, Policies, Vendor Agreement, etc)
Maintenance & updating of diverse legal databases(legal cases, Trademarks, Copyrights etc)
Conduct legal research
Review & update compliance checklists
Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB / LLM qualification is a must.
- English qualified lawyer.
- Registered with the BAR Council of Maharashtra and India.
- 1-2 years of experience in Legal role.
