MAWM Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced MAWM Configurator and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting MAWM solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and maintain MAWM processes that align with business requirements and operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesMAWM Configuration & ImplementationConfigure, customize, and deploy MAWM modules based on business needs.Design and implement workflows, rules, and automation within the MAWM platform.Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data configuration, integration mappings, and environment readiness.Integration & Technical SupportWork with internal and external teams to integrate MAWM with upstream and downstream systems.Troubleshoot interface issues, analyze logs, and ensure seamless data flow across all MAWM components.Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and provide timely resolutions.Proactive Monitoring & Optimization (Nice to Have)Utilize MAWM Proactive tools to monitor system health, performance, and operational KPIs.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency.Documentation & CollaborationPrepare functional and technical documentation for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into effective MAWM configurations.Support UAT cycles, provide training, and assist in deployment activities.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration and implementation .Strong understanding of MAWM architecture, rule configuration, workflows, and system setup.Experience working on interface integrations with ERP, WMS, or other enterprise applications.Ability to analyze issues, debug system behavior, and provide effective technical solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with MAWM Proactive modules or proactive monitoring frameworks.Exposure to related supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing systems.Knowledge of scripting or automation tools to enhance system maintenance.Work Result ExpectedDeliver efficient and optimized MAWM configurations aligned with business requirements.Ensure stable, high-performing MAWM integration across enterprise systems.Improve system reliability through proactive monitoring and best practices.To Step up for the interview, Share your updated resume to
