Manager Software Engineering

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines, primarily through GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure and platform tasks using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes.
• Support and manage the lifecycle of DevOps tools, including installations, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance.
• Work closely with security teams to incorporate best practices and tools (e.g., X-Ray, SonarQube) to identify and resolve security issues.
• Lead migration projects to replace tools (e.g., Jenkins to GitHub Actions) and shift to SaaS solutions where applicable.
• Manage and monitor resources on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions for proactive platform health checks and troubleshooting.
• Enhance existing tools, develop new features, and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support large-scale user onboarding and manage role-based access and SSO integrations.
• Good experience in Jira,confluence,Jenkins,GitHub , Artifactory,Grafana,Kibana and kubernetes
• Good understanding of Reverse proxy servers (NGINX)
• Good understanding if ingress rules
• Good Understanding of all different kind of Load balancers
• Configuration and upgrades of Kubernetes clusters
• Experienced with application modernization and Containerization
• Work closely with the DevOps and engineering teams to align on tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Lead efforts to explore and integrate SaaS-based solutions where applicable.
