We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Servicing Manager to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing brands within an advertising agency environment , with strong expertise in client servicing, brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and excellent relationship management skills to deliver impactful brand communication and measurable business results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership.
- Lead the end-to-end brand management process , from brief to execution, across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver innovative and effective brand solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s business, market, and competitors to provide proactive brand recommendations.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients.
- Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with the client’s vision and objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and client engagement .
Requirements
Mandatory : Minimum 1 –3 years of experience in an advertising agency (brand management / client servicing role).Strong understanding of brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and media integration .Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously .Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.Ability to think both strategically and creatively.Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
