Job Description : SEO & Google Ads Expert

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our organic and paid search performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SEO / SEM tools, and the ability to plan, execute, and measure data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and develop comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, internal linking, and overall, on-page elements.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
  • Monitor SEO KPIs, analyze competitor strategies, and prepare performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics , Google Search Console , SEMrush , and Ahrefs .
  • Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Google Ads (PPC) Management

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max .
  • Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategy management.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy to maximize CTR and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR), making data-driven adjustments.
  • Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, trends, and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor performance and identify market opportunities.

    • Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with key SEO and advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola, and major SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify .
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads , Google Analytics ) are a plus.
