Achieve Spends Volumes in Commercial Cards and Business Volumes Prepaid cards and for FX and INR (as per Sales Plan)
Enhance Business of Existing Portfolio Corporate Relationship for the Bank and achieve market leadership.
Increase the Primes in the Portfolio Corporates and achieve the Spends Volumes
Track and monitor the segment-wise achievement of the region and visit the corporate to ensure numbers are on track
Ensure Setting up of new relationships in existing Corporate Relationships and achieve target assigned across all parameters are met . Increase Product Holding in Existing Portfolio
Cross sell Asset products and generate leads for other products of the Bank
Review corporate-wise profitability and revisit the pricing
Conduct visits and review business share and undertake steps to build incremental business
Provide high end Business solutions to Existing Corporates and engage senior officials to sign up for SPC
Interact and penetrate into Inventory / CD / ECOM / Fuel Verticals for B2B Solutions
