Description
- Experienced SAP SD HANA Support Consultant with strong functional expertise in Sales and Distribution processes and deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA functionalities.
- candidate will be responsible for providing AMS (Application Management Support), resolving incidents, implementing small enhancements, and ensuring system stability for business-critical sales operations.
- Provide AMS support for SAP SD modules, ensuring smooth daily business operations.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to order-to-cash (OTC) processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage incident, service requests, problem, and change management in accordance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP, ABAP, BASIS) for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Perform configuration and customization in SAP SD as per business requirements.
- Support integration with other modules and external systems such as logistics partners, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for fixes and minor enhancements.
- Assist in data migration and validation during version upgrades or rollouts.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Work with ABAP and technical teams for debugging, enhancements, reports, and performance improvements.
- Support SAP HANA migration and optimization initiatives related to SD processes.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and team members.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Credit Management.
- Good understanding of Master Data Management Customer Master, Material Master, and Condition Records.
- Exposure to Integration points with FI, MM, and WM modules.
- Working knowledge of Output Determination, Copy Control, Account Determination, and Partner Functions.
- Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA Sales functionalities and simplifications.
- Ability to perform basic debugging and coordinate with ABAP team for technical developments.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and embedded analytics in HANA environment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and client interaction abilities.
