Product Specialist

Market Implementation

• Support the execution of marketing plans and brand strategies at the field level.
• Conduct product demos, CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings.
• Assist in identifying new market opportunities and unmet needs.

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales force to achieve brand targets.
• Conduct joint field work to reinforce messaging and improve HCP engagement.
• Provide product training, refreshers, and onboarding sessions to team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in pharma sales, product management, or medical affairs—preferably in respiratory or dermatology segments.
• Strong scientific aptitude and communication skills.
