We are now looking for a high-impact Business Development Lead to accelerate our growth in the IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation space. If you're a consultative, target-driven sales professional with strong industry connects, this is your opportunity to make a mark.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead growth strategy to expand our presence across GCCs, Captives, and Tech Enterprises
  • Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with Procurement, TA Heads, and other key decision-makers
  • Drive end-to-end business development – from prospecting to pitching to deal closure
  • Own RFP responses , negotiate SLAs, ensure compliance, and collaborate closely with delivery teams for seamless onboarding
  • Generate leads through a multi-channel approach – , cold outreach, events, and referrals
  • Grow and manage strategic accounts to unlock repeat business and long-term value
  • Stay on top of market trends and identify new revenue opportunities through competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create impactful digital campaigns and outreach content

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation sales
  • Strong existing network with Procurement and TA leaders in GCCs or IT Enterprises
  • Proven success in closing large, high-value staffing deals
  • In-depth understanding of IT hiring models, SLAs, compliance, and delivery ecosystems
  • Experience in solution / consultative selling and managing strategic accounts
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, Sales Navigator , and email automation tools
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • MBA or Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
