About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and tech‑savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and adoption of our Real Estate IT / PropTech solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in SaaS or real estate technology who can combine domain knowledge with strong sales and marketing capabilities. You will engage with developers, brokers, real estate agents, and property management firms to position our products effectively, generate quality leads, and support full‑cycle sales activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate IT products.
- Manage digital, email, social media, and event-driven lead-generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to create brochures, case studies, explainer videos, and demo content.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Represent the company at PropTech expos, trade shows, and industry webinars.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target potential clients including builders, real estate agencies, brokers, and property managers.Deliver compelling product presentations and ROI-driven demos.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions with customizations when required.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure and onboarding.Build long-term client relationships to support renewals, referrals, and cross-selling.Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experience.Maintain accurate CRM updates for leads, opportunities, and deal progress.Prepare sales forecasts, campaign performance summaries, and market insights.What You'll Need :
Strong understanding of real estate operations and IT / software solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience in B2B product marketing or SaaS / PropTech sales preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and automation.Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.Self-driven and goal-oriented.Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.MBA in Marketing or IT Management is a plus.2–6 years of experience in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate IT product sales.What We Offer :
