Key Functions and Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Understand client needs and prepare clear execution briefs.

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Coordinate with creative, production, and other teams for smooth execution.

Work with vendors and partners to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Oversee onsite event execution and provide leadership during live events.

Monitor budgets, logistics, and vendor performance for cost-effective delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during planning or execution.

Track campaign and event performance and share reports with clients.

Stay updated with industry trends and suggest fresh ideas for projects.

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.

Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of each project.

Follow the production calendar and manage project milestones on time.

Implement standard processes and best practices for project excellence.
