Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Content Manager with over 8 years of expertise in content creation, strategic communication, and brand development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content across various channels, supporting marketing and PR initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with organisational values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Development & Management
- Create diverse and engaging content for various channels, including social media, print materials, media kits, and the website.
- Ensure all organisational content is current, accurate, and regularly updated by coordinating with designers and relevant teams.
- Develop content for internal and external communications tailored for employees, clients, and stakeholders, reflecting the organisation's mission, brand, and values.
Campaign & Program Support
Support special programs, internal and external campaigns through effective content creation.Assist the marketing and PR teams by developing content for flyers, banners, brochures, press releases, articles, and other promotional materials.Creative & Strategic Initiatives
Design and conceptualise creative ideas for organisational branding and marketing strategies.Collaborate with the design team to develop creative artworks and visual content.Prepare sales pitches, business proposals, and presentation decks (PPTs) to support sales and business development efforts.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver high-quality communication materials adhering to company guidelines, SLAs, and regulatory standards.Maintain high standards in all interactions—written, verbal, or face-to-face—with internal and external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, complying with company protocols.Other Responsibilities :
Conceptualize and implement innovative content strategies to enhance organisational visibility and engagement.Support the organisation's branding efforts through creative storytelling and strategic messaging.Ensure effective coordination with design and other teams to deliver integrated content solutions.Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 55+ years of experience in content writing, including creative and business writing.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Graduation or Post-Graduation in any relevant field.Basic design sense with conceptualisation and visualisation skills to work effectively with graphic designers.Desired Competencies :
