Job description
  • Oversee the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to manage stock availability for dispatch.
  • Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary dispatch documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and pending orders.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on dispatch status and delays, if any.
  • Liaise with transport and logistics partners to arrange for timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Communicate with clients and dealers regarding dispatch updates and tracking information.
  • Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure readiness for dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for packaging and labeling requirements.
