Job Description :

Job Title : SAP PP / QM Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : Bangalore Karnataka

Responsibilities :

Hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.

Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation (at least 1 2 end-to-end projects).

In-depth knowledge of MRP production orders process orders capacity planning and shop floor control.

Familiarity with QM master data inspection lots quality certificates and calibration and Integration with MM SD PM and FI / CO modules.

Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and quality management.

Experience in S / 4HANA environment preferred.

Analyze business requirements related to Production Planning and Quality Management.

Design configure and test SAP PP and QM modules (Discrete Process or Repetitive Manufacturing).

Implement master data (BOMs routings work centers inspection plans etc.).

Set up and manage production versions MRP and capacity planning.

Configure QM processes such as inspection lots results recording usage decisions and quality notifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM SD FI / CO PM) to ensure process integration.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).

Conduct unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Participate in system upgrades rollouts and post-implementation support.

Qualification :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
