Here are some policies we’re proud to offer : Hybrid Working Model : We work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays and Thursdays are remote, but you're welcome to come in if you prefer. Medical Insurance : Health Insurance and accident coverage for all. Paid Extended Medical Leave : We recognise that there may be times when you can't come to the office due to medical reasons. Rest assured, your sick leave will remain intact. Annual Reset Leave : Every year end we make sure we give you time off before a new year comes in, these are usually 5-7 days at the end of the year. Extended Work from Home : Many of us at MAD come from all over the country, and when it's time to head home, we embrace the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best! Compensatory Offs : If you work beyond regular hours, you'll receive compensatory time off and reimbursement for travel and meals. Work Description : Client Management- Effectiveness in meeting client briefs for everyday jobs, meeting deadlines and managing escalations. Maintaining proper communication channels with client and internal team. Maintaining deck for everyday collaterals and keeping a tab on changes. Managing client's social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics). Brand Building- Maintain brand quality and tonality in daily briefs, wrt to brand tone, brand guidelines and design. Maintaining output quality (Rounds of changes / proofreading / knowledge of brand guidelines). Learning trends and keeping brands relevant. Brand Growth- Proactive comp. analysis and suggestions and presenting these to the client. Compilation of award winning brand campaigns. Suggestions for brand growth to supervisors and seniors. Skills : Presentation skills for daily jobs (proofreading / formatting / email hygiene / data management / Pitching Ideas) Qualification : 2 to 3 years of work experience Experience working in an agency
