About the Role :

Republic Media is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js , Node.js , and MongoDB to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable web applications and services that power our digital media platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
Build and manage scalable and secure MongoDB databases.
Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services, including payment gateways .
Implement and manage microservices architecture using tools like Redis and Elasticsearch .
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver application features and improvements.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Work with version control tools like Git to manage codebase and deployments.

Core Requirements :

8–12 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong hands-on experience with :

React.js (Frontend)

Node.js (Backend)

MongoDB (Database)

Deep understanding of JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.

Experience with RESTful APIs , microservices , and application development .

Knowledge of Redis and Elasticsearch .

Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
