Role
Summary
As a Senior Product
Manager, you will orchestrate the development of cutting-edge
travel products, harmonizing innovative solutions with user needs
to solidify the company's market leadership.
In this pivotal role, you will guide both
the strategy and execution of our third-party inventory (3PI)
product as we continue to expand our lodging supply on a global
scale. You will share responsibility for managing the product
roadmap, with a special focus on optimizing inventory selection so
that travelers are always presented with the best and most trusted
options. You'll mentor teams, integrate
AI / ML advancements, and lead cross-functional efforts to actualize
a data-informed, customer-centric product strategy.

The Lodging
Connectivity team is committed to connecting a broad range of
global hotel and vacation rental inventory to Expedia through
partnerships with software companies and advanced API technology.
Our vision is to integrate all lodging supply worldwide into the
Expedia marketplace, delivering high-quality products and enjoyable
experiences to travelers. We are a passionate group of product
managers who are customer-focused and dedicated to leading the
hospitality industry with innovation in API
technology.
Key
Responsibilities
Product
Vision & Strategy : Develop and communicate a compelling vision
and strategic roadmap for the third-party inventory supply
channel.
Discovery
& Validation : Lead comprehensive discovery initiatives to
identify scalable sourcing practices and design effective technical
and operational
solutions.
Cross-Functional
Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Supply Operations,
and other internal teams to develop scalable solutions that balance
speed and value. Influence stakeholders throughout the
organization, communicate strategy and tradeoffs, and remove
obstacles to achieve consensus and advance
progress.
Partner
Experience : Gain a deep understanding of global customer operating
models to deliver products that reduce friction and enhance the
quality and speed of partner
sourcing.
Data
& Metrics : Define, implement, and continually refine product
success metrics. Use data insights to drive ongoing improvements,
monitor product performance, and make rapid iterations based on
feedback from users, partners, and the
market.
Leadership
& Best Practices : Champion best practices in product
management, mentor fellow team members, and foster a culture of
operational excellence and continuous
learning.
Who
you
are
Minimum
Qualifications : 8+
years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2
years working with API platforms, B2B integrations, or
partner / supply
products.
Skilled in API
integration (REST / JSON, webhooks) and able to discuss architecture
and tradeoffs with
engineers.
Proven track
record of rigorous discovery and successful delivery of features
that positively impact business metrics, using strong data literacy
to guide
decision-making.
Based in
Gurgaon and able to work from our office as
required.
Preferred
Qualifications : 8+
in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, or supply-driven
businesses.
Experience
with AI / ML solutions and relevant knowledge to facilitate
discussions about technical feasibility and
tradeoffs.
Excel in
stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to
influence senior leaders and cross-functional
teams.
Thrive in
fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are comfortable working
across multiple time
zones.

travel and helping travelers create lasting
