Responsibilities

Evaluate customer documentation, understand design basics and clarify design details with the customers and / or their subcontractors / consultants / end user.

Prepare and submit submittals, drawings, design documentation, compliances, approval certificates etc. as and when required.

Technical solution analysis and optimization proposing.

Participate in technical discussion / initial site meetings.

Training ESDs / SI’s Sales / technical operation staff at their office / site.

Participate in sales presentations, trainings etc. as and when demanded by customers or sales staff.

Willingness to travel for pre-sales activities. RequiredQualifications / Expectations :

Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Electronics Engineering preferred).

Min 5-10 years of Project Experience with IBMS Security, Fire Alarm, VESDA, PAVA, GSS Systems.

Excellent communication skills with customers and team members + English language (basic communication) proficiency (Marathi & Hindi Language proficiency would be an added advantage).

Previous certifications from Honeywell or other manufacturers related to Security, fire alarm, PAVA & GSS are a plus.

Previous exposure / working experience of a site-based project and service management in construction environment.

Knowledge of Tools (Microsoft Office, CCTV Tools, VESDA Aspire, AutoCAD .

Electrical installation experience (cabling, installation, connection, inspection of field devices)

Experience on Honeywell products; Security : Maxpro, DVM, ProWatch, Winpak, Fire : ESSER, Notifier, Morley, VESDA etc. is a plus.

Workload Distribution : Security : 70%, Fire & other LOB : 30%.

YouMust Have :

Having hardware designing experience and Proficiency in Access control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PAVA, GSS system design, Field devices selection (Detectors, sensors, relays .

Basic level knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio

Wide working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint is essential.

Good knowledge of Fire Alarm Codes and Standards like NFPA, EN54, VdS, NBC, UL, IS2189 etc.
