• Overseeing the submission of claims to insurance companies
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize billing processes and reduce claim denials.
• Handling escalated billing / AR inquiries and resolving complex billing discrepancies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to claim denials and A / R
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Quality, training, and HR) to address billing / AR-related issues.
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for revenue cycle management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue collection.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing and collections.
• Reduction in backlog for A / R, denials, and billing
• Serving as a point of contact for billing escalations and providing strategic support to clients.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Developing and implementing training programs for new hires and existing staff.
