Expertise in inventory management, service delivery, and quality assurance. Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management. Analytical skills to implement corrective actions. - Proficiency in product training.
Divisional Service Manager - Pumps
Position Overview
Responsible for driving operational and service excellence in managing pumps service operations. Focus on improving service quality, optimizing inventory and spares, and ensuring product training.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Excellence :
- Provide CAPA to field teams based on market quality feedback.
- Reduce ageing stock at location 2001 and ensure no stock over 45 days at location 2004.
- Improve spares service factor and availability.
- Strengthen relationships with branches, retailers, and ASCs.
- Ensure timely product refresh training for service managers.
Service Excellence : - ead the rollout of new spares packaging process for pumps. - Focus on reducing COPQ.
