Role Description

• Performance Management is a comprehensive approach and set of processes used by organizations to monitor, measure, analyze, and manage their financial performance. Its primary goal is to help organizations achieve their financial objectives and optimize their financial resources.
• From budgeting and forecasting, KPIs, trend and variance analysis, to financial communication, metrics, and benchmarking, these insights delve into the cornerstones of business and value drivers.
• Engaging with relevant stakeholders to deliver the best value for functions / units
• The role is part of a desk extension team and supports the Performance Management / COO team in Italy; having a local reporting line in Mumbai.
