The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the Indian market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.

Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries, and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in the first three years of operations. Scope & Responsibilities :

  • Travel Management
  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings for employees and management.
  • Arrange hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and travel itineraries.
  • Maintain travel tracker and ensure travel policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for the best corporate deals.
  • Visa & Documentation
  • Manage visa application process for international travel- prepare invitation letters, maintain

document checklists, and liaise with embassies / consultants.

  • Track visa validity and passport renewals.
  • Maintain a database of employees’ passport / visa details.
  • Corporate Event Management
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle venue booking, logistics, catering, branding materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee budgeting and post-event reconciliation.
  • Housekeeping & Facility Management
  • Prepare and monitor housekeeping roster, shift schedules, and attendance.
  • Develop and maintain a 52-week PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) calendar for
  • housekeeping.

  • Ensure office cleanliness, pantry hygiene, and timely consumable replenishment.
  • Monitor housekeeping vendor performance through regular inspections and audits.
  • Security & Safety Coordination
  • Prepare security guard duty rosters and shift schedules.
  • Monitor access control, visitor management, and night duty compliance.
  • Coordinate with security agencies for deployment, training, and incident reports.
  • Soft Services Administration
  • Manage office administration services- courier, stationery, pantry, printing, pest control, and
  • waste management.

  • Oversee annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and ensure vendor compliance.
  • Handle employee seating allocation and office space utilization.
  • Manage ID card issuance, access systems, and parking allocation.
  • Support facility budget planning and track monthly expenses.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met for all soft services.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors- travel, housekeeping, event, and facility providers.
  • Process POs, invoices, and payments in coordination with finance.
  • Maintain vendor evaluation and performance review records.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare MIS reports on travel, housekeeping, and soft services.
  • Maintain updated records for AMC renewals, insurance, and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel trackers, and facility management tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exposure to corporate soft services operations and vendor management.
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-up and documentation discipline.
