What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (inbound and outbound calls) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping
• Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
• Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors
• Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.
