Job Opportunity : Non-Voice Customer Service (Freshers)

Location : Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Office-based)

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide efficient support to customers via email, chat, or other non-voice channels.

Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements :

Freshers with a graduate degree (any field).

Basic knowledge of the customer service domain.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
