Job Description

Experience Required :

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience

Major Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Strategically plan and define the creative scope of work to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead award-winning creative campaigns and projects, enhancing brand recognition and client satisfaction.
  • Manage creative teams across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft and present compelling, value-added creative strategies for client pitches.
  • Actively engage in account mining to identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the creative team, ensuring that ideas align with client objectives and contribute to successful campaigns.
  • Convert prospective clients with persuasive presentations and strategic pitches.
  • Oversee and optimise team workflows to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Provide support and guidance on large-scale projects, ensuring team alignment and project success.
  • Establish and monitor team goals to promote collaboration and positively impact department performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to maintain alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Lead the development of high-performing teams, setting a clear vision to meet and exceed creative objectives.
  • Conduct regular upskilling sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of junior team members.

    • Skills Required :

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term creative strategies that align with the overall goals of the brand or agency.
  • Foreseeing market trends, understanding audience needs, and setting a creative vision that differentiates the brand.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and direct creative teams, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and fostering strong relationships.
  • Creativity and innovation to continually propose fresh, impactful ideas and solutions that enhance brand engagement and drive successful campaigns.
