Job descriptionProficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage . Good understanding of MEP systems design , codes, and standards. Experience with LOD 300–350 modeling or higher. Hands-on experience in US / UK / UAE-based BIM projects is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Position : BIM MEP Specialist
Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Experience : 3+ years in BIM MEP Modeling (US / UK Projects preferred)
Software : Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical & Plumbing) using Revit as per project standards.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration and clash detection.
- Prepare coordinated BIM drawings, layouts, and documentation.
- Review design intent and convert 2D drawings / specifications into accurate 3D MEP models.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain BIM project templates, families, and libraries as per international standards.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned modeling tasks.
- Support BIM Coordinators / Leads in project setup and QA / QC reviews.
